Sherrie Long was my make-up/hair artist on my wedding day. She was friendly and she was on time. Her work appeared professional in general, but certainly NOT as consistently good as I had expected from all the online hype about her. The make-up and hair looked kind of nice at first glance, but the hair could have been much better. There were strands of my baby hair that she forgot to tuck in for me, so I did not realize that certain strands of my hair were out of place until I saw my pictures which was too late. Also, certain hair sections were not symmetrical when I saw my photos, so she was not very consistent. Her assistant was definitely not up to par with one of my bridesmaids. By mid-day before the ceremony, my bridesmaid's mascara was already smearing off which caused stress for my bridesmaid. Since I had to retouch my hair on most of my photos which was a tremendous hassle, I am giving her 1 star instead of 2 stars. Sherrie's pricing is expensive which I don't think it's worth paying for the mediocre quality that I received. You can get a good deal with better level of skills elsewhere!

Beware Of This Florist In San Francisco!
Huong Phan (AKA HP Flowers) appeared to be nice and competent when I first met her, but in the end she was very irresponsible in delivering her own words. She was very unprofessional in handling and delivering my flowers on the day of my wedding. She was 1 hour late for my ceremony set-up which caused unnecessary stress and work for everyone in my bridal party. When she finally arrived, she was extremely slow to set up everything and she disappeared several times before completion. My special helpers ended up setting up the flowers for her in order to make up lost time because she was being very irresponsible. During the reception set-up, she was late again and she failed to set up on time again. My special helpers ended up picking her slack again. I totally regret having her as my florist and I wish I had signed with another florist instead. Although her flowers were nice, I still highly DO NOT recommend her to anyone!!! I was extremely disappointed in her! She almost ruined the timing of my ceremony and reception with her irresponsibility and failure to deliver/set up on time. She deserves a horrible “D-” in my grade book or 1/2 a star, but this system will only let me review 1 star at a time. You will have better luck with another florist!
