I got married at this place on July 6. I am very happy with the staff and the catering manager. All my wedding guests were impressed at the hotel and the location. Their wedding package is very good and price is very very reasonable comparing to the hotels that are next to the beach. My ceremony is outside, right next to the hotel in the Rainbow Lagoon Park My reception is indoor, which is exactly what we want. The only downfall is that there is no bridal/groom changing room available, but we used our suite which was still not too bad. But, I strongly recommend this hotel if you have out of town guests for your wedding and you want to keep everyone at the same place for your ceremony and reception!!! email me if you want to see some of my ceremony/reception pics.

I just love Dana! She is very responsible, creative, and flexible. She arrived 6:30am sharp in front of my hotel room and started doing hair/make up. She did a total of 6 people including me, the bride hair and makeup without delaying the wedding schedule. She did such a good job that every guest was just so amazed at how me and my wedding party looked, especially the fact that I had 6 huge red pinples on my face and she covered them up so well! I strongly and highly recommend her to any bride to be (Will try to upload some of my wedding day hair/make up pictures after I get them from my photographers.)

I love his partner's, Lydia and his professionalism and responsiveness! I booked him right after I saw his work and package! Gilbert is very flexible and understanding. He is willing to do extra interview for us without additional charges. I can't wait to see how my wedding video will turn out to be. Highly recommended! I contacted Gilbert the day before my wedding, and his partner, Lydia, responded to me right away and told me that they were going to send another person because Gilbert had a sudden business trip. In the beginning, I was a little worried about the replacement, Brian. However, on the day, he showed up on time and got all the information that I sent to Gilbert. During the wedding, he was videotaping the whole time and interviewed me, my fiance (now my husband), and some of our important family and friends. Although I have not got the video, I have a great confidence in them. Highly recommended!!

I just wanted to thank Gilbert and Brian to make my wedding memory beautiful! I got my wedding video, and I got 3 DVD copies. My highlight can be view at www.ganddproductions.com. They included interview, first dance, reception, everything a newly wed couple wanted to store as a great memory. I very highly recommend them. Definitely an A+

I thought Ivan from KK entertainment was great, but not until my wedding day, I found out he actually is really bad. First, he messed up our first dance song, and then, messed up the announcment for grand entrance, then, I heard that he said some bad jokes while I was changing to my 2nd dress. Last but not least, he added more money at the end claiming that he did not know I did not understand how much he charged!!!! This is the worst vendor I've ever dealt with. I actually had to stop my payment to solve this. Basically, I can say he is just a talker, not a great doer!!! Be aware!!!

4.5 stars, and after I see my final wedding invitation, I think I will give them 5 stars. They are such a lovely couple! They are professional and courteous. I found them through other people's recommendation, and they are great! A large selection of chinese and western invitations and other choices, like favors, stamps, stickers. I can't wait to see my finalized invitation!! Highly recommended.

Charles is great and professional. He actually welcomed me to shop around to show confidence in his work. His price and package for videography and photography is fine. Each starts from $1,200, but for their work, the $ is worth it!

They are great and professional, but they are just out of my budget. For example, they charge me 5-hour DJ/MC for $1,600+, which I think it's wayyy too much. Their photography package is OK, very standard like the rest starting from $1,500. Videography is OK. What I think is if you want to save some $, perhaps shop around first then go to them.

Be aware when you used her, Lilian. She is not organized in terms of pricing and rmemebering what she promised. For example, she promised to move the columns and flowers from the ceremony to the reception, but she refused to do so on my wedding day and claimed that she told me already that she could not do this. She then chraged me additional things that I actually did not want on the list. Overall, I think she is just OK. You pay what you get for. She is cheap but be very careful with her. Make sure you get everything in writing, so there is no mistake!!!

I met with her recently for being my wedding photographer. She is very pleasant and fun. I like her a lot and also her package deal, which is posted on her website. I think she has more experience with landscape, and now she is starting to be a wedding photographer. For her price and profession, it's really worth to invest your $! My mom and I met with John and his assistant Amy recently. They both are sincere and pleasant. I told them I don't want to have a 8-hour shooting since my wedding is at a daytime. They actually offered to shoot me and my fiance together as an after-wedding shooting for 2 hours. They both also are very accommandating! I book them right on a spot because their package deal and professionalism & work. I will provide more reviews after I get my wedding photos, probably around July. I just had my wedding! John and Amy were awesome!!! They were working the whole time and really flexible with my requests. I love both of them because they are sincere, professional, flexble, and creative!! I highly recommend them to any bride to be. Can't wait to see my photos and slideshow!!
