This venue was the most fabulous venue I have ever been to! My husband and I married at the beginning of November this year and we were floored at what our day turned out to be! We both would have wanted to be guests at our own wedding to experience everything they had to offer us!
From the start, Alex (wedding planner at The Palace)treated us with absolute respect. She helps plans so many weddings per year and for her to be as organized as she is about keeping her brides separate from one another is a true talent. Every time I emailed her a question, which was many on a daily basis, she got right back to me with the answer. She helped keep me organized and helped satisfy my bride brain through the entire process. She is truly an amazing asset to The Palace! She even got my husband a case of his favorite beer for the event!
Our Maitre d' was AMAZING. Alan kept us (and our guests) on time and in order the whole evening. He got us food halfway through our cocktail hour because we kept getting bombarded by guests. He made us sit down and eat and made sure at every moment of our evening we had full drinks and plates of food or whatever else we needed/wanted. Not once did my husband and I have to get up to get ourselves a drink. Tamara, our bridal attendant from the moment I walked in the door, catered to our every need as well. She bent over backwards to get us what we needed every second of the day, even carried my train for pictures both before and after the wedding. Every time I turned around, she was there taking care of me and my dress! She attended to my family and bridesmaids in our bridal suite before the wedding and managed to keep up with everyone!
Our experience at The Palace was unforgettable. I get tears in my eyes every time I think of how special our day was because of not only the beautiful venue, but all of the special people it took to make our event memorable for us and our guests (who still cannot stop complimenting us on our fabulous day!). When we first booked at The Palace, we weren't quite sure where our money was going to be going, but once we started the planning process with them we realized what we were really paying for. Not only was the food absolutely to die for, the wonderful selection of top shelf liquor and the staff that created the vision I had in our ballroom . . . it was the people that really made this venue worth while and made our day perfection! None of our friends weddings had the attention to detail that The Palace provided for us. We were/are truly, truly impressed with their sophistication, flexibility and all around good sense! It was a fun yet elegant affair that will not be forgotten!
I hope that others find this review helpful, as we have had a WONDERFUL experience at The Palace from start to finish! They worked well with all of our vendors and we really cannot stop saying enough good things about them!
