Michelle did my hair for both my wedding and my sister's wedding, and I could not be happier. All of the girls loved their hair- instead of doing the traditional (and boring) updo-with-tendrils, she made sure that each girl had a gorgeous unique style. I loved my sister's hair (kind of half-up with sort of a 1940s Old Hollywood Glamour look) almost as much as I loved my half-up style with curls down my back. My husband (avidly watching from over my shoulder) insists that she was worth every penny.

Michelle traveled (in snow!) to my hotel room, and was there on time. She did 8 girls (one bride, six bridesmaids, and one step-mother-of-the-bride) in record time, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. It was almost like a brunch party! My hair lasted from 10am until that night when I reluctantly disassembled it after/during a bath. It survived the removal of my veil just fine, and always looked great and never stiff. When I had my hair trial, I slept in it and my hair still looked good the next day! I hope that I have an excuse to go back to Michelle in the future. Highest recommendation!

(Quick note: she has the most adorably pink salon! It's like stepping into cotton candy, but in a good way. :)

I had my wedding trial and day-of make-up by Jeanine, and she did a wonderful job. I looked like myself, only better and absolutely radiant! I kept touching my face to reassure myself that it was real... luckily, despite that, the make-up stayed put throughout the day and the night, even though it was applied at 10am. The only thing that needed to be re-applied was the lipstick, of course- with all of the eating, drinking, and kissing, that's inevitable. Luckily, Jeanine sent me on my way with lipstick, lip gloss, and fantastic powder (and, more important, told me exactly how to re-apply at need).

Jeanine traveled about 45 minutes to come to my hotel room (in the snow!), and arrived on time and ready to transform me and two of my bridesmaids into glorious works of art. She's a lovely woman who is a pleasure to work with, and she made wedding prep into an early morning party. I cannot say enough good things about her. I hope that I have an excuse to work with her in the future. Highest recommendation!
