I had one event at the Mansion at Judge's Hill in the past & they have always done a fabulous job. The site itself is unbelievably beautiful & exhibits southern elegance in every detail.
Every person I've talked with over there has been very kind and accommodating. The prices are awesome too! I paid $39.99 per person plus I think $14 for beer/wine. These were some of the best prices we found & accompanied by the most beautiful location, it was a no-brainer to decide to have the rehearsal dinner there.

Cynthia has done my hair for about three major events now, and has always done a beautiful job. Every time she does what I ask her, and yet kicks it up a notch to make it even better. She has about 13 years of experience and has been a joy to work with every time.
Barbara Klein owns Paper Passions and has been so imperative in creating the first impression of my wedding with her invitations. We created a custom order and it was so easy! She has about 7 giant books to look through and then more books to decide on all of the paper. She has ordered everything on time (although I didn't give her much notice).
I have been very pleased with her.

It was very easy to sit down and customize the exact look that we wanted for the wedding. Also, if 4 of the groomsmen rent their suit from them, then my fiance's was free.
Yet another way to save some cash.

I saved some serious money by ordering flowers from Costco (which come all ready) and then by adding some extra flare. I did this for my sister's wedding and the flowers have always been beautiful. I also use them for many other events when I need a bulk of flowers.
I work with Iris at the Costco off of 183 & Mo-Pac & she's always been great.

I spent a year in Charleston in college and developed a great love for antebellum architecture. I looked and looked all throughout austin for a special location that would have a little bit of that Southern flare that I came to love. Finally I came upon the Mansion & met Gina Stevens and it was all downhill from there. She's helped with everything I needed and has been very easy to communicate with.
They let you bring in your own everything-- caterer, music, bartenders.. Its been really easy to try and save some money.
The building is soo beautiful~ everything I always wanted

I worked with Kim at Belle Saison & found the dress of my dreams. She actually picked it out for me, and after I had tried on about 20 dresses that day I was exhausted. She put the dress on my door and I gave it one look and thought it would never work for me. As soon as I put it on, however, it took my breath away and it seemed to take on a whole new shape.
About 6 ladies had been at all of the same bridal salons as me that day and they all agreed (along with my bridal party) that it was the one. I've called Kim many of times since then and she has always been helpful.

I've worked with Ken from Rainmaker on booking a few of my work events & he has been fabulous. He listened to what I wanted and focused in on the important moods that I wanted to convey at my events. So far he's done a great job & I think he'll hit a home run for my wedding as well.

I worked with Leslie from Crave Catering (formally 'the Catering Company' and she has been the biggest help so far. She helped me to pick the most reliable vendors & get the best prices. She is, without a doubt, the greatest asset to my wedding planning-- not to mention that I've had her food on three occasions and it is absolutely delicious. Their office is a little far away to go for tastings (about 15 miles out of downtown austin) but it's totally worth it.
