I agree! I loved our BBB registry. The folks in the Studio City store were very helpful...even let us stay late one night. We had to return a couple things (we got to many etc.) and their return policy was hassle free as promised.

We got my husband's wedding band from Tiffany & co., Pasadena. Even though we went with a Titanium band, one of their lower end items, they were still very friendly and had no problem ordering the band in a larger size. My only complaint is that the store policy is they can order and item that is not in stock but charge you a shipping fee unless you come back to the store to pick it up (vs. having the item shipped to your home). Other than that we are very happy. My husband loved his ring and the customer service was great.

Judith from LooneyMaiden.com was fantastic. She hand made the jewelry for me, my bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, and mother of the groom. I loved that she could customize everything. I wanted to give my bridesmaids jewelry that went with their dresses as thank you gifts, I e-mailed Judith a picture of their dresses and she e-mailed me back with custom jewelry ideas and color suggestions. I was so impressed with everything we ordered, very high quality for very reasonable prices...she even gave me a multiple order discount. Very sweet lady, great customer service, and quality jewelry that was even more beautiful in person than it looked online.

Juan was the second shooter for Kristi of KLK Photography at our wedding. We were very happy with Juan and Kristi. They both took wonderful pictures and we liked the style and variety of the photos. Both photographers were very sweet and very professional. Juan and Kristi are quite good looking people and many of our guests were pretty inebriated by the end of the festivities…even though some of my guests were hitting on our photographers, Juan and Kristi remained in good spirits and professional the entire time. Kristi was our main photographer so I can’t really comment on Juan on a solo photographer but I can say that we loved the pictures we took, we were impressed with his work and would definitely recommend him based on his work as a second shooter.

Kristi of KLK Photography was fantastic! Our original photographer canceled on us later than I would have liked so we sort of ended up with Kristi on accident…maybe things to happen for a reason because I couldn’t have been happier. We love all of our pictures and Kristi couldn’t have been sweeter or more professional. The style and variety of the pictures were great and I can’t say enough about what a wonderful person Kristi is. Not only did our friends and family love the pictures (all 1300 she and her second shooter took!) but they actually thought she was someone we knew personally before the wedding because she was so friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend KLK Photography to anyone.
