I love Walmart and was able to find several things in their wedding section. I bought bubbles (in clear tubes 100ct, ribbon, craft items, and many other last minute items. It helped make my day inexpensive.

I found the cutest dress for my two flower girls. They must have been Easter dresses that were on sale. I got 2 light pink dresses and light pink glitter shoes and only spent twenty dollars each. I got them online and was so excited to find the dresses in the right sizes for that price.

I also registered at Target. They have beautiful items for the home, but it seemed everything I picked out quickly could only be found online. Most people want to be able to get gifts from the store and were very frustrated and complained that there wasn't anything left at the store. I had this problem with several stores i registered at. I also had problems updating things online. It didn't change officially until I changed it at the store. So I got several items that I thought I had taken off my registry, but at the store they still printed out. Luckily I had gift reciepts to exchange them.

My husband and I had an outdoor ceremony at his aunt and uncles historical home in Castroville. The Mary Gray center was perfect for us for our reception site. The owner was wonderful and was easy to work with. We were able to get the keys the day before at noon for decorating. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful. The outdoor area was perfect for dancing and talking with family and friends.

My experience was wonderful. I went dress shopping with mom and other family and found the dress on the 3rd try. It was the first shop I went to so we continued shopping, in other small towns, but that evening I called the store's owner and asked her to hold my dress for me and I would come and get it after the holiday weekend. The sales assistants were wonderful and I got a great price. Since my wedding was less than 6 months away I had to buy it off the rack. My dress was perfect and needed NO alterations. I got my dress, bra, tiara, and veil for $632. That also included the seamstress fixing any loose beading and fixed the bussel hooks. I was thrilled!!!

My sister and other family have also gotten dresses from this shop. It is a quiet little shop with a great selection of dresses. It was a long drive, but was worth it. I was the only bride in the shop and was excited to get all the attention.

David's was great. My roommate and my sister were my attendants. My sister lives in Seattle. So one weekend when mom was out in Seattle to visit, my mom and sister with to the Seattle Davids, and my roommate went to the one here in San Antonio. Since they are located in so many locations, it was easy to try on dresses together via cell phones. Mom and I were on the phone with the bridesmaids magazine and marking the dresses that looked good on the girls. We finally agree on a beautiful dress that was a similar style to mine. It was a fun afternoon and felt like we were together even though we were so far apart.
