I hired Lauren as my day of coordinator. She was amazing. She was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. If there was an issue I had no idea! The day was stress free exactly how I wanted it and I never had to lift a finger. Her and her staff set up everything exactly according to how I wanted. The reception exceeded my expectations {which was hard to do!}. I highly recommend.

I purchased my reception dress here. I gave them a 1 star because their price is amazing, however, their customer service was horrible. I felt like my mom and I were being talked about the entire time. Their alterations were horrible as well. The worst was the stain on my dress. This was purchased brand new {so I hope} and never worn except to try on by ME only in the store {again, I hope}. My mom noticed it and pointed it out to the saleslady. They said they had something to fix it and claimed they got it out, but their solution was to package it in a way we would not see the stain... nice. I paid extra to have sleeves on the dress and everytime my arms went up while dancing the snap came undone. Maybe if the seamstress was actually at my final fitting she could have been able to fix this. Why they did not let me know she wasn't going to be here is beyond me. I ended up having to take them off after about 5 minutes into the reception to avoid being embarrassed.

I had a great experience my second time here. The first time I went the saleslady pulled dresses that were not for me. We left not buying anything and really disappointed. I went home and did more research online for dresses I like and came in for my second appointment and ended up purchasing the dress here. I think it's best for brides to walk in here with a handful of dresses they know they want vs. just asking to see anything. I wanted to try on my fair share of dresses before making a purchase and this shop is extremely busy and the salesladies just didn't have the time to show me more then a handful of dresses my first visit. With that said, once they knew I was serious about purchasing and was ready to make a purchase they had all the time in the world for me.
