My daughter's wedding took place at your hotel at the end of March. I hope that I can express the wonderful treatment that we and our guests received.Since your area is catering, I will discuss food with you.
The chef made the tasting menu and we were able to choose 3 dishes that would meet our needs that were really tasty. My concern was that cooking sea bass for 260 people would be difficult, at best, to have none overdone.But she did it. The appetizers were so outstanding that we had a few guests admit that they had eaten so many that they had little room for dinner. But besides the food being so much better than we had anticipated, the service was terrific. The waiter serving the immediate family was, I think, Abdullah, He was so gracious. He did not serve food to a place without a person sitting there. Therefore, everyone was served hot food. When my sister admitted that she had eaten too many starters and couldn't eat her dinner, he asked if she was unhappy with her choice and offered to bring her something else. The next morning, at our breakfast, once again, there he was, making sure that the serving dishes were filled and that everyone got hot coffee. I can't say enough good things about him, he was just terrific, as were all the staff, but this man was exceptional.
