I found my dress online and went to this store to try it on. I was happy with the initial experience, however, my first fitting was a nightmare! I even called prior to driving 2.5 hours south to make sure everything would be there. Finally, after 3 different phone calls (due to confusion on their end saying that they did or did not have my accessories - they literally did not call me back to let me know, I had to keep calling them)I drove all the way from Santa Barbara to find that they had the wrong cathedral veil, only one hair pin, and sold me a blusher that did not match my veil (and still insisted that it was "ok that it didn't match")! The store manager was there and was incredibly condescending in the way she spoke to us and was very abrupt with her employees in front of customers. This is suppossed to be an exciting day, but instead it was very stressful. There was no apology, instead she insisted that we pay a $60 balance before I try on my dress! We had NO balance, it was paid in full! When I asked to speak to the store manager, it turned out to be her!
My sister is getting married next summer, because of my experience, she will not be giving them her business (and I'm happy my bridesmaids did not either)!
