This place was a nightmare!!!! I had to come on here and warn other potential brides.
I ordered a beautiful San Patric dress and waited 5months for it to come in. To my surprise it came in so short that my ankles were showing :( The owner told me she would send it back to be fixed to the proper length. So I waited another 2 weeks to try it on again. Nothing had changed at all on the dress. This happened another 5 times. Mean while I was promised that the designers were fixing it. Turns out she never really sent it in to the designers. She just kept it till it was too late for me to do anything else. Literally 4days before my wedding my dress was supposed to be perfect yet still short. They attached some material to the end which looked like hell!! I cried my eyes out, that my dream wedding dress is short of being perfect!
She refused to give any more then $300dollars off the dress, mean while the same one is hanging for 50percent off in the store. She lied the whole time to me. I was charged $20dollars for a garment bag, $150 for there horrible alterations, $50dollars shipping and handling. I would expect after blowing 2grand on a dress you should at least get the darn garment bag for free!
I never got a true apology from them. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I am just praying no one notices the bottom of my once beautiful San Patric dress :(
