We got married April 2009. Melanie was our point of contact and she was amazing! She returned phone calls and emails within a 24 hour period, which was very helpful since my husband and I do not live in NJ. Melanie made it possible to do most of the planning via email and phone so we did not need to travel up more than 3 times and that included viewing the room.

Melanie provided me with the hairdresser I used and really listened to what we said which was evident at the reception. We were the only wedding there that day so our guests were able to enter through the main entrance. During our tasting the chef and Melanie took due diligence regarding my food allergies, so on the day of my wedding I knew I could everything without worry.

The actual day was amazing. My husband and I were waited on hand and foot by Maya; our drinks were never empty or watered down. Jason, the Maitre D', allowed a group of us to take a shot at the bar. He also helped to ensure the babysitter had what she needed and the kids were not creating an unsafe dance floor.

I can say without hesitation that I would change NOTHING!! The staff at The Palace truly made my husband and I feel like royalty on our wedding day. I STRONGLY recommend this venue and commend the staff at working with us on cost.
