Photography:

I was sold on Clair Pruett because of all the sample photos they had on their walls. Such creative shots! I wanted that for my wedding. But they were so expensive. Everything from start to finish was an extra $100 here and an extra $75 there, that by the end of it, we spent over $5000. Too much money!!


Videpgraphy:

For all that we spent on our video package – I was hoping for more. Clair Pruett is VERY expensive.

Every detail of this resort is considered and put in place to serve the guests. It is the most romantic and beautiful resort I have ever been to in my life. My husband and I want to go back every year for the rest of our lives…if only we could afford it. It’s very expensive.

Hair Stylist:

A little expensive for curling iron and bobby pins, but worth it because I looked, on my wedding day, like I had always hoped to look on my wedding day. The salon was REALLY busy with 3 wedding parties the morning we were there, but we all managed to get done and out of there in a great amount of time. And everyone looked gorgeous. They even did our flower girls!

Makeup:

My wedding day make-up was flawless. And truthfully, I pride myself on my make-up application abilities. But on my wedding day I wanted to be pampered so I had the artists at Corinthian take care of it. Even through buckets and buckets of tears on the altar – my make-up remained GORGEOUS. I just had to reapply a little powder and lipstick and I looked as good as I did when I left the salon.

My church recommended Ms. Epright and since I didn’t know any other singers, I agreed. She was so good that my entire family cried every time she opened her mouth. My aunt actually asked me if the girl who sang at my mass had CD’s for sale. Wow!

This was a nice, relaxing experience. A little pricey, but worth it for the pampering. Parking isn’t the best, so if you’re going with a group – car pool.

Best crab legs in Philly! We went on a night that the Phils were playing and had a great time. Awesome place to see the game, eat great food and hang with buddies.

Alterations:

My dress was well-altered and it looked beautiful. One of my bridesmaids had a bad experience with the alteration department though. Overall though, good experience – just a little pricey though.

Wedding Dress:

I was happy with my dress, but my bridesmaids weren’t thrilled with their experience. This seems to be a store that caters to brides, and isn’t as interested in impressing the bridesmaids. I had one of my bridesmaids have to drop out due to a family illness – and she gave them 4 months notice – but they still refused to refund her deposit. I had 8 total bridesmaids. I just think they could have been nicer about it. Another bridesmaid complained about her alterations. And yet another about the snippy service. But again – I had a great experience so I think they cater to the bride.

Bridesmaids Dresses:
