I had seen some decor items online at amazon.com that I thought I liked. They were a Macy's product so I decided to go to the store and see what they looked like in person. I didn't find the item I went for but did find two other items that I liked better and for great cost (sale).

However the customer service was non existent until I got to the Clinique counter and was helped by a very kind and attentive woman.

Dr. Heany has been SO supportive and a true blessing! He provided our pre-marital counseling and officiated our wedding. He truly is an amazing man....Denver Father of the Year at one time.....HIGHLY recommend!

We chose to simplify things by buying disposable plates, silverware, cups, etc. Sams offers clear in all and they look very nice for a great price.

I also bought some wedding decor there for a great price that looks very high end!

Yet again someone doesn't want to do their job, just get a paycheck.

I went to Office Depot to order photo cards to be used as our invitations (tight budget). Anyway the associate seemed CLUELESS....she told me it would be best to come back the next day. I did go to Office Depot the next day IN ANOTHER TOWN!

I chose to buy blank invitations and print them ourselves due to the ignorance at the print area in Brighton.

I loved the decor items that I found at the great outdoors! However I didn't find the sales associates helpful at all. In fact noone helped me until I checked out!

Five weeks before our wedding my car was broken into and the gift cards that I had purchased from LoneStar in order to pay for the wedding reception were stolen. I asked a manager on duty about the possibility of canceling them and possible replacement since I had the receipt. She said they were not traceable. However I had spoken with the restaurant manager before and chose to speak with him the next day. He was EXTREMELY helpful and empathetic. My gift cards were replaced and I look forward to eating there for years to come!

I LOVE AMAZON!!!

After weeks of looking at a couple pair of shoes on Amazon AND trying to find something combarable or better "in person" I finally bought my first pair of shoes online. Imagine my concern since these are my wedding day shoes.

They were more beautiful than they seemed and fit wonderfully. I have ordered two more items from amazon in the last week!

My mother-in-law and I visited our local Michaels to come up with decor options. We were actually doing very well on our own until a salesperson approached us to "try" to help. She didn't listen to our needs AT ALL and continued to pull out NUMEROUS items after I had told her we needed to be putting things away because we needed to leave. I couldn't put them away as fast as she was pulling them out. VERY FRUSTRATING...

Well we finally got out of there that night and were told to see the person who had floral experience the next day between 10 - 4 p.m.

Trip #2
We go to floral and ask for the associate whom had been recommended and are told she isn't working. We were also oh so blatantly chastised for leaving things on her work table. At that point I flat out told her that the associate was pulling out things faster than I could put them away.

Wow am I supposed to clean up after them????? I am the customer after all? Too bad we don't have a Hobby Lobby in my town!

I think I may return my purchases after typing this because I just realized they don't deserve my measly $75.

We had heard from family that we needed to go to Shane before anywhere else. We did and ended buying from them as well. The customer service was amazing and their warranty/service plan is unbeatable. Will continue to do business with them for years to come!

Nancy was very helpful and understanding the first 2 times I visited. I had a very limited budget for my wedding and was looking at bridesmaid dresses to use as my gown. Nancy and the owner were both very supportive and understanding. They never tried to push me into considering a higher priced dress. On my 3rd visit I had decided to order a dress I found but when I went in for measurements the owner had me try on a dress they had for sizing. I ended up buying my wedding gown off the rack for $100. They truly had my needs at heart!

There was one sales person who was rude to me over the phone almost lecturing me about not ordering my dress sooner. However, thankfully I never dealt with her again and was satisfied with the help from Nancy and the owner. Thanks ladies.
