They did a terrific job!!! You're not just working with 1 person, you're meeting a team of people who are there to help you!!! The only thing is you don't get to meet your photographer until a week before the wedding! All you have to do is just keep checking in every week through phone or email!! The'yre very friendly and extremely professional!!!

They did an outstanding job with all of the girl's bouquets and center pieces!! Everyone had great things to say about the center pieces!!! Very affordable!! The florist Janet Harrold is amazing!!!! Ask for her and she will do an amazing job!!!

They did our wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious!!!!! We had a 3 tiered cake; it was very simple! It was all white with roses sprinkled all over the cake!!!!

We originally didn't plan on having a videographer, but when we found out my mom had taken a turn for the worse with her illness, she couldn't be at the wedding, they stepped in a week before the wedding!!! Jade was phenominal!!!! My mom was able to see the video before she passed away!!! Thank you

The function manager - Larry is very unorganized! Whenever we had an appointment, he would forget that we were coming and get annoyed! When it came time for the wedding; there was no function coordinator to greet the wedding party! Me- the bride and the groom had to go look for someone to help us! You know how they give you a seating chart and ask you to assigned the tables; well we're not sure why we were asked for this because they messaged up all of the tables anyways! The function manager, pre-reception was putting the favors on the table and complained about them, whats to complain about they were coasters?! He also said they weren't the Ritz Carlton, because i shouldn't of had place card holders for the place cards..a.k.a, he's lazy!! The manager is too busy renovating the place as opposed to helping people plan their wedding!! I would not recommend this place at all!!!!!!!!!!
