We originally wanted a wedding cake from King's Hawaiian but unfortunately, because of the holidays, they weren't taking any special orders. I was reading some reviews and came across New York Bakery. The owner was very nice. We sat down and discussed all the aspects of the cake. We gave her some pictures to work off of and it turned out very nice. She even did the flowers on the cake which I guess, sometimes the florist does instead. But the best part of it all was the price...it was under $350 for about 150 guests. For the price and the quality, we couldn't complain.

Andy and Mark are truly great at what they do. From the moment we met with Mark to the end of the night of the wedding, everything went smoothly. Andy made our engagement session a breeze. It was a bit tiring because we were in Venice, trying to get the different backgrounds but it was all worth it. Everything came out vibrant with a little bit of artsy-ness. The wedding pictures were even better. Everything just came out so beautifully. I thought the communication factor wasn't a factor, as indicated with the previous review. My husband doesn't speak a lick of korean and both Andy and Mark are proficient in english to not have any communication gaps. Another plus, PhotoSense was reasonably priced for the great quality you got.

Initially, my mother referred me to a friend of hers for our flowers for the wedding. That whole experience left quite a bad taste in our mouths. We were pretty discouraged about the whole decor of the wedding after talking to this florist. However, when we met with Duke at Commerce Flowers, all of our worries vanished. He worked with our budget and he pretty much got us everything we wanted. He and his family have been in the flower business for generations so he knows flowers. We gave him general ideas of what we wanted at our wedding and he delivered above and beyond what we could even imagine. I'd recommend Commerce Flowers to everyone. They're very talented and the price is quite reasonable.

I would recommend Joyce over and over again to all my friends and to anyone else who wants a fantastic hair and makeup artist. I tried one other person but I wasn't quite happy with the results. I was referred to Joyce by one of my girlfriends that did her wedding and I absolutely loved the results. Everything about her was great! She's professional, easy to work with and just a super nice person. She listened to what I was looking for and she created it. On the big day, everything went smoothly. Everyone got their hair and makeup done on time and my makeup lasted all night. I don't think I had to touch up my makeup once that night.
