Melinda was very helpful, calming, reassuring during the process leading up to my actual wedding at the Coyote Hills Golf Course in Fullerton on 11/14/2009. She gave me a lot of good advice, support, and flexibility leading up to the wedding. Melinda met with me 2x at the venue to go through the details of the day and made various phone calls with me prior to the point. Talking to her was always reassuring and helped me to feel confident in her capabilities and that the day would go off without a hitch.

Our wedding was quite a big ordeal - we had 255 people, 8 Bridesmaids, 6 groomsmen, and I was very specific about certain details that I wanted for our wedding. Melinda did a great job communicating with my vendors (florist, photographer, uplighting, DJ, cake vendor, Coyote Hills Venue) the couple weeks prior to our actual day and helped me to put together a great day-of timeline. Melinda took care of everything that we had discussed, on the day of the wedding - from setting up the reception layout, to keeping the schedule moving along, to refilling our candy jars for our favor station, to setting up the cocktail hour & placecards, and breaking everything down before she left. Melinda also stayed an extra hour, longer than our original contract. She didn't have to do that and went above & beyond the call of duty. My husband Arnold and I were so deeply appreciative of that. We know that our wedding went off so successfully b/c of Melinda and her assistant, and she made it the MOST WONDERFUL day of our lives!!!
