My fiance and I are very easy to please and knew we just wanted nicely-printed envelopes. We hadn't thought any further than that. When we met with Katrina, she took over an hour w/us to detail all of the different fonts, layouts, etc. that we could choose - even things we had never even thought about. She was super helpful in doing samples right there so we could determine exactly what we wanted. We were able to meet with her the very next weekend to get our envelopes back and they look beautiful! She also goes above and beyond - since getting our envelopes back we realized there were a few more we needed and we aren't able to meet w/her so we mailed her the invitations and she's going to address them and put them in the mail for us. So nice. Additional handwritten elements we hadn't even thought we wanted - menus, escort cards, gift tags, etc. - we are now seriously considering just because we want more beautiful touches to our day courtesy of Katrina. We highly recommend!
