Deca was happy to give us parking passes for any wedding related things we had to attend, which was very generous. The hotel is beautiful and we have no complaints.

These were by far the cheapest linens around. I had a really specific color in mind, and they carried it and it was cheap. We picked up and dropped off the linens ourselves, so I can't speak to their delivery service. There were no issues to complain about besides a slight lack of communication before the wedding, which is the only reason for 4 stars.

We didn't have much communication prior to the wedding. We used their online tools, which were great in getting our music selections and timelines organized.

Eric contacted us Monday before the wedding to go over some things, then he did a great job on wedding day. We brought our own CDs for important dances and ceremony music, which were played correctly (I've always heard horror stories). The music he played was great and kept everyone dancing for 2 hours!

The reason I only gave 4 stars is that I thought I was a bit too much in charge of the timeline and getting things moving along. That should have been his job. We had some dead spots, but all's well that ends well.

Our flowers from Met Market in West Seattle were stunning. Absolutely beautiful. Mollee understood my vision perfectly, and asked lots of questions to make sure we were on the same page. The price was just right too.

We couldn't be happier with our cake. Kelli had so many beautiful designs and flavors to choose from, it was tough to decide on three options! When I saw the cake on wedding day, it was beautiful! I didn't even want to cut into it. : )

They were great! I used them for my boudoir pictures, and I wanted an affordable photographer who would allow me to make my own album, and they fit the bill perfectly. They were so nice as well, it was not at all as uncomfortable as I thought it would be! They had me laughing for an hour. Highly recommended!

I love this store. They are so nice and helpful! When we showed up without an appointment, they let my BMs have a room until the next appointment came in. When we arrived a couple of hours before our appointment time, they let us have the bathroom to change in!

They have a large selection of dresses in lots of price points. I ordered my rehearsal dinner dress there to get 10% off (5 dresses or more), but there was never any pressure to buy now. The dresses haven't come in yet, but so far, it's been a great experience.

My save-the-date magnets looked great, and they even threw in a few extra, plus one for us to save! What more you could you ask for?

I bought my gown from them at a wedding show. It was marked down $500 off plus I received an additional $200 off of that price, so it was hard to pass up! I was also to receive a cruise voucher and a free veil. We were told that they didn't have the vouchers with them and they would be mailed within 2 weeks. They also didn't have the veils and we could go to the shop to pick one up.

After a month, I emailed to find out where my voucher was and they had skipped over my name when they mailed them out. I did eventually receive it so no harm no foul there. But they also told me in the email that the veil had to be picked up at the show...when we were told to go to the shop. My last email to them has gone unanswered...

Update: I went to the shop to see about the veil. They did give me one, the saleslady from the show must have been confused, I don't know. The voucher turned out to be from a shady vacation place, so we won't be using it.
