I went back 3 times because they limit trying on dresses. I found my dress the 3rd time but it was me insisting on trying on one more dress. For me ordering was fine and the delivery was faster than expected. Alterations there were too pricy so I found someone else (asked my friends for family tailors.) My bridesmaids had a horrible time ordering. The store I went to never put in the computer my information (the dresses I picked for all the wedding party) so every time a bridesmaid went to order her dress I got text messages and I had to call the store (each time) to explain the situation and give the details again and again. Some bridesmaids got attitude from the sales reps there.

Our sales reps reps were awesome. She worked with our budget and got us a beautiful room with a great package at a wonderful price. I had to change the room last minute because our guest list grew and grew and the sales rep worked with us and the couple who had the bigger room so that we were both happy at the end (luckily the other couple had less guests than anticipated.) The food was superb and all of the staff before, during, and after was great.

The cake came a long as part of our wedding package at The Grand. The cake was beautiful and wonderful. California Sunset is the best filling. Everyone loved the cake.
