While we did get some good photographs of our wedding, we were completely unhappy with the service we received. Both before and after the wedding, weeks went by when the photographer would not return phone calls or emails, leaving us to think that he wouldn't show up or that we would never receive our photographs. We finally received our photographs 7 months (!) after the wedding.

Our requests for a partial refund (based on the terrible customer service we received) were ignored.
