I was unable to find any cone-shaped favour bags that would ship to Canada for a reasonable rate. Then I found this Canadian company. The bags were $15.00 CDN for 100 (cheapest USD price I found was $17 for 100); I got 200 plus shipping and Ontario tax was about $41.00.
The bags came in less than a week and were exactly as described.
They accept PayPal.
We are not sure of the total cost, because the DJ services for this company were included as part of our all-inclusive wedding package.
Before booking this wedding pacakge, we looked online for reviews of all our vendors. Urban Thunder DJs had received great reviews, and a friend of a friend who also was married at the Black Forest raved about them.
Our wedding was contracted out, by Urban Thunder, to another company without our knowledge or consent. It was two girls, barely older than me, in charge of our music. Because the power had gone out, the music was run off a generator for the ceremony.
They played the WRONG SONG for my walk down the aisle. Acc to Urban Thunder afterwards, my song was "all cued up" but the girl forgot to play it, simply letting the bridesmaid's song play. Even when I commented to someone that it was "the wrong song" they said, "it's fine" and I had to start walking or look awkward.
They played a song on my do not play list. They did not make an announcement I had requested. They played medleys (so lazy; they just sat and talked while the medleys played) and less than a dozen of the songs on our request list. They did not play any "audience participation" songs until I requested them, even though for awhile no one was dancing to what they were playing. They played nothing newer than the year 2000 until my mother specifically requested some. They ignored the majority of guest requests. Many people left early; I'm convinced it was because the music was so boring.
When I complained of the services, Urban Thunder's owner tried to tell me that the girls were flustered by the power outage and that's why they played the wrong song. Now, mind you, during the ceremony the kitchen was cooking, in emergency lighting, with no power only gas ranges, and still managed to serve a perfect meal. So really, DJs hooked up to a generator should be able to play the BRIDE'S PROCESSIONAL if nothing else.
Anyway, Urban Thunder never offered a solution, like money back, just apologized. We considered suing because our contract says "no service can be substituted for Urban Thunder DJ Services" which is essentially what they did, but decided it wasn't worth it.

This wedding favor company was the least expensive of all the ones I looked at online, and even offered free shipping on an order over a certain amount. They offered the most unique favors I had ever seen.
I ordered the champagne wedding timers and personalized Hershey's kisses. I received my notice that they had shipped, but they hadn't according to UPS. The package stayed as "Billing Information Received" for over a week.
Initally, they were helpful, and said they'd look into it. However, nothing changed, and despite many attempts by phone, email, and live chat online, I was unable to get in touch with anyone or have my messages returned.
Two or three weeks later my order finally did ship, although I only know this because I kept tracking my package and not because they called me. When they arrived, two of my timers were broken. However, despite the letter of complaint I sent to the company, I never heard back and it was never resolved.
Please, pay a little more from another company that will provide you with some level of customer service. I am extremely disappointed in the company, and I know I could have gotten the same product elsewhere with less hassle if I had just spent a little more money.
