I went to several other bridal shops before finding That Special Touch,and I wish I hadn't wasted my time with the others! Some of the other stores I went to either had very pushy salespeople or didn't seem to care less about me. Even though they didn't have the exact dress I was looking for, the staff at That Special Touch were the ONLY ones to suggest similar, alternate styles they had in stock. That told me right away that they were very different!

I spent over 2 hours there on a Friday afternoon trying on gowns, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind the entire time. By the following Monday, I had received a handwritten postcard in the mail from Becky, the consultant I had worked with. It's those unique "special touches" that make this store so great :) Very highly recommended!
