Our food was amazing. Another area that guests were commenting on. They did all the set up and take down, and were extremely professional. I appreciated that all the staff were dressed professionally, in the typical black pants/white shirt. They were very helpful throughout the entire day. I would definitely recommend them.

Kurt (the owner) was very easy to get ahold of throughout the planning process. Emails were always returned within a day or two, and the same with phone calls. He's also extremely organized, providing a timeline that outlines everything you can expect from them the day of. I felt we were in very capable hands. They exceeded my expectations!!

Amber is amazing! I would highly recommend her!! She was completely professional getting the shot, while managing to fade into the woodwork... She didn't disturb guests, or get in the way of anyone. I absolutely love our photos! We got a DVD with over 1100 images, as well as the online proofing. She managed to get (great) photos of those that always hide whenever the camera comes out. She's totally laid back, and it felt completely natural to have her hang out with us all day.

There were a couple things that we were a little disappointed with, though they have nothing to do with her talent nor her personality. We were a little bummed that we didn't have very many candid shots of our parents. In her defense, we didn't specifically ask for candids of our parents, just a general "candids of guests". So, if there's specific people, or groups of people that you want several candid shots to choose from, be sure to specify that when you give her your shot list. The other thing that we were a little disappointed with was when we were doing the formal, posed photos (specifically the bridal party) she didn't give us very much direction, so most of them are the generic, posed photos. She would ask us if we wanted to do a "fun" shot, and we would, but then she'd leave it up to us to decide what to do. I guess I expected for her to give us suggestions, or ideas of things that maybe worked in the past. Ordinarily, it wouldn't have been an issue, but after all the planning, and craziness the weeks leading up to the wedding day, my creativity was pretty much non existent. So, come prepared with ideas of shots (posed or not) that you want to have taken.

As I said before, I would HIGHLY recommend Amber Roberts!! She's got a lot of talent, and she's just such a great person-very easy to work with.

This was the only vendor that I wasn't highly impressed with. He was nice, did an okay job, wasn't totally cheesy, but nothing spectacular.

There were a couple of somewhat minor issues we had with the dj that day. I was told he was a little late queuing the ceremony music, which irked my husband. I didn't notice, but I was waiting in the back. We had asked him to play Beautiful Day by U2 for our entrance, and to be queued to the chorus part. Shortly before our entrance, I confirmed with him it was to be queued to the chorus, and yet when we entered, it wasn't. And lastly, my husband had prepared a CD with a bunch of songs he wanted to be played. I specifically asked for music from that CD to be played next, and it was a good 5-6 songs later that he played one song from that CD. We didn't have a lot of time for dancing, so that 5 or 6 song delay really didn't allow for many of the songs that we asked to be played be played.

Just a couple little things, but irritating nonetheless. Their prices are fantastic, though, so I guess I can't complain too much. I would still recommend them, even with the minor issues.

We fell in love with this church way before we got engaged. We both knew that when the time came, this was where we would get married.

Everyone here were great to work with. Very quick to answer any questions, and easy to get ahold of. They also have a wedding coordinator that helps with some of the set up, prompts everyone when to walk down the aisle, and is there for questions. I had a wonderful experience working with St. Paul's church, and would highly recommend them. It's a great location, and perfect for a more intimate setting.

The only major downfall of this location, is depending on the ferries for guest arrivals. We warned them of possible long ferry waits, and were glad we did, as it was a 2 hr (or more) wait.
