Even though this is a do-it-yourself vendor, we received such personal attention from the staff member that helped us put together what we needed that we almost felt like we had our own wedding planner.

We saved a lot of money too...so that we could spend iton the ring and the honeymoon:)

Their quality reigns superior over Sam's Club, yet their prices are competetive. They carry a much better selection (healthier) of foods.

This company deserves 101 STARS! You will not be disappointed. Just check out the other reviews.

Yes they are a bit pricier, but you ABSOLUTELY get what you are paying for and more. My engagement ring is from Blue Nile. I designed it. It turned out even better than I expected. I get comments every, single place that I go. We decided to go ahead and order our wedding bands there, too. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. A company that truly understands that their customers are top priority. They resize your ring for the life of it and they have courtesy overnight FedEx shipping.

YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE ANYTHING THAT YOU PURCHASE FROM BLUE NILE. The customer service is PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT. And for Christmas last year...my husband order a custom-made necklace that perfectly matches my engagement ring. And guess what? It was PEFECT!

Please pay attention to the reviews about cutieclothes.com. The company will not refund your money whether you follow their strict guidelines for returns and pay the 15% restocking fee or not. The individual that I dealt with (via email, which takes weeks to get a response) informed me that I hadn't returned an outfit in its original condition. I painstakingly took extra care in returning it...which elicited a giggle from the postmaster. I recommend that if you are reading this after the fact, you 1) print as many of the online customer compaints as you can, 2) initiate a claim with your cc company (and send the printed complaints), and 3) inform the Better Business Bureau. It wouldn't be the first time for them, but your efforts will greatly benefit consumers who are being harrassed by them.

MY ACTUAL RATING IS A NEGATIVE 1, since I've spent time, much money, and energy (here included) trying to get them to understand the consequences of losing one customer. It costs 15 times more to earn a new customer than it does to retain one. And if your transaction with a customer ends in the customer not being satisfied, that customer will tell at least 25 others...and the 25 will tell a few, and so on. Well, bad customer service these days, with the touch and click of online, cutieclothes.com, dissatisfied customers can reach out and touch what might have been a potential customer pool for you...the world.

The other reviewers were dead on. It clearly is not just a once or twice accident with them. Just don't forget that you have rights as a consumer. They cannot take your money and run. They will try to get you to believe this though:)
