I had a wedding on virtually NO Budget! With color in the bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses, we didn't want to fight coordinating the color with the men's tuxes. So -- we went to Men's Warehouse and had the guys wear simple but elegant standard tuxes with black vests. The color came in with the flowers -- MUCH easier to coordinate, especially since the wedding colors were red, black, and white.

Cheapest, best cake by far! Why pay $3000 for something you're just going to cut up and eat! Publix decorates beautifully, makes great cakes, and can color coordinate for your wedding!

My dress was very well priced and perfect for me! It has a splash of color, not much train (I'm a simple girl) and great bodice work. Alfred Angelo is excellent for different sized dresses. There's no extra charge for larger dresses or for longer dresses, as I'm almost six feet tall. The workmanship of the dresses is unbelievable for the price you pay!

Great selection of paper, envelopes, ribbon, etc for creating your own invitations. They also have great sets of invitations that you can print and send as well. I got packs of cardstock and translucent paper to create my invitations, engagement announcements, and programs and they look beautiful! If you're crafty, do it yourself and save $100 or more!

I went with fake flowers because I could prepare them ahead of time and not worry about them dying or staining clothes. Afloral.com has the best fake flowers and excellent video tutorials about how to create the perfect bouquet. They have absolutely everything you need and I haven't found a set of calla lilies more affordable or realistic!

The staff at Jay's Bridal was wonderful in helping pick out the affordable wedding gown of my dreams. Jay himself sat down and talked to me for quite awhile about things from sizing the dress, to recommending someone for alterations, to what other things I still needed for the wedding and giving advice as places to go. I highly recommend going to Gainesville and working with them. Fabulous people!

I wanted something really useful as a wedding favor. Joann's carries 2 x 3 photo frames that have ribbons to hang them up, but are also magnetic! These are great favors to give out per couple as seating assignments, but they can also take them home and frame the pictures you send in thank you cards. Very helpful and inexpensive!!

The site was beautiful as the reception hall had an outside walkway overlooking the gazebo and lake. Some decorations were included in the price (still less than 75 people) - and they were even willing to color coordinate napkins! They also had a banquet room setup in case of inclement weather for the ceremony. Excellent people to work with.
