Dear Stephanie,

I am sitting here reflecting on the beauty of Bryan and Jessica’s wedding and wanted to write to you to let you know how grateful we are to you for the awesome job you did catering the rehearsal dinner and reception.

We had never planned such an event as a rehearsal dinner and you made it easy for us each step of the way. You’re so accommodating and helpful which put us at ease. The food was superb, the best catered food we have ever had. The two servers you brought with you were friendly and professional. They anticipated our needs and were incredibly helpful when it came to the clean up. We had several comments from family members about the high quality of the food and the superb way in which it was served.

The reception was beautifully decorated and again the food was excellent. Your servers were very professional and as one of our friends commented, stealth in their work so as never to intrude. We really appreciate how you served the head table and served the salads directly to the tables. We were very impressed with your attention to detail and felt as if you very personally cared about our son and his new wife on their special day.
We would highly recommend your company and services and would be happy to be a reference for you.
