My daughter purchased another dress after buying one from Anne Bailey. She was fitted for the Anne Bailey dress and I paid $290 for alterations. She decided the next day to wear the second dress and canceled the alterations. I picked up the dress and no alterations were done on the dress. Anne Bailey has not given me a refund even after a Fed X letter. Anne Bailey has not even answered the letter.
