Heather is very organized, punctual, and pays attention to details, which is what I wanted in a wedding coordinator. During rehearsal, she did not hesitate to tell people to quite down when it was too loud to hear me or her. During the wedding, she was there early making sure all the vendors had arrived. She helped us a great deal during the processional, telling everyone when to go, etc. There were a couple times during the wedding when no one could find her, though. The DJ was supposed to play music during the ceremony- although no one could find him. Some of my family members ended up finding him, not sure where Heather was. Also, we had a drummer who was late so my sisters were calling him, not sure where Heather was at that time either. But all and all, she was there the whole day to foresee most of it all, which is exactly what I wanted. I think it was hard for her sometimes b/c she did not know who all the vendors were and there was a lot going on. I would definately recommend her again, I am sure she is learning with every new experience.

Kristen was a recommendation and I am so glad I got a chance to work with her! I did not have big ideas when I met with her, but together, we came out with a plan that worked with our budget. Her prices are wonderful- and her work is outstanding. We had 32 table decorations, 2 large planters, bouquets for the bride and bridal party, and bouteniers for the groom and groomsmen. I never even had to worrry about anything when it came to flowers- she took care of it all- and everything was perfect.

Kellie and the Sheraton staff are an exceptional bunch who really strive to make the bride and groom happy, in any way possible. They are accomodating to individual needs, Kellie is extremely detail oriented to make sure the day goes seemlessly, and was there through out the day in case we needed her. We had an indian wedding and so they made east indian food. I am indian and it was the best indian food I have every had! The Sheraton did our cake as well. We did a cake tasting, which was soooo good. We chose their german chocolate cake which is heavenly. During the wedding, the wait staff was so professional and did their job perfectly, infact exceeded all expectations. Their newly renovated ballroom is gorgeous and elegant. We loved the Sheraton and were impressed with them through out the entire process.

My older sister recommended Aaron to us. He is an exceptional videographer. Aaron not only seemed to capture every small moment, but then he transforms it into a video masterpiece! The video he gives is in chapters, with pictures and music, feels like an actual movie. He is known for his highlight montage- where he combines the wedding footage and music that the couples picks out- to make a 5-10 minute highlight video. We were lucky enough to have his wife there as well helping with footage, she is also excellent! Aaron's work is guaranteed satisfaction. Also very kind hearted and wonderful to work with!

Three of my other friends had recommended Jennifer to me. From the very beginning, Jennifer was extremely professional, punctual to all our meetings, and her work was outstanding. I had a large east indian wedding of 275 people and she handled it like a pro. During family/bridemaids photos, Jennifer took charge and organized it so everything went smoothly. During the ceremony, and reception she remained unnoticed, yet was running around everywhere getting the perfect shots- this is what makes her a true professional. My husband and I could not be more happy with the pictures. Included in our package, was the design of a coffee book album. It is absolutely beautiful.
