BAD BAD BAD STAY AWAY....THIS COMPANY WRECKED OUR EVENT. Absolutley terrible experience with this company. The driver was rude and either did not know how to turn off the heat in the limo or did not care. Our guest oF honor got ill from the heat in the limo and we ended up riding with the windows open duringf a rain storm just to try to cool the vehicle.
The bill was wrong and not as quoyted and the driver had the nerve to fill-in a 20% tip for himself and say it was the company's policy that the drivers get a 20% tip. Not bad when you consider that a tip is for good service and this guy was a louse. I have already called the credit card company to do a chargeback on the invoice.
