Here comes my glowing review for my favorite vendor. Todd is one of the best of the best. Photography was very important to us – probably one of the most important things. He was very easy to talk to and you could tell he was confident in what he does (and rightly so). The albums I saw at his studio are gorgeous. His fees are pretty high but you get all photos at cost. Great communication – he responds very quickly. As you can see, Todd did a phenomenal job on our day. He caputured everything that I wanted to capture and many things that I didn't even notice that day. During the ceremony, you don't even know he's there -- he's practically invisible. We were both ecstatic with our pictures. We received over a 1000, and its so overwhelming!
Email/toast me for her contact info
I don't even know if Jenny does wedding choreography. I've taken some of her hip hop and jazz dance classes in the past. When thinking about the first dance, I didnt want to do your typical classical first dance (although it is nice). We ended up choosing Fabolous's "Into You" as our first dance and we asked Jenny to choreoraph something for us. She did a great job, as my DH wasn't too comfortable with dancing. She came up with a really fun routine and the crowd absolutely loved it! All of our vendors said they had seen nothing like it.

I had my earrings and a hair piece made at Haute Bride. Lindsay was great, and her stuff is gorgeous. Too bad I was an idiot and I couldn't find the hair piece in the morning. =[

After going through a lot of different options my BMs and I were all happy with Jenny Yoo. Her prices are steep, but the fabric and the cut of the designs make it very flattering to the body. There are a lot of dresses in her collection (particularly in the chiffon line) that are very "in" and look fabulous. My BMs ended up choosing whatever style they wanted from the shantung line. The color is maroon with a terra cotta sash. While I was visiting LA (my hometown) I stopped by the Jenny Yoo shop there. Ellen Yoo (Jenny’s sister) runs the Beverly Hills store – if you are thinking of using Jenny Yoo for BM dresses I recommend that you make a trip down there. Obviously, they have a great selection of the whole collection in a multitude of sizes – and they really do a good job of pinning the dresses to fit the girls (as opposed to clips) so you really get a good idea as to what the dress will look like. I found this to be very important – especially because all my girls are so tiny, clipping a size 10 dress on them didn’t give them the most accurate idea of what the dress would look like on them. Jenny Yoo has some great designs out there (some that I would even consider buying for myself) and the service at the Beverly Hills salon was so superb – no great sales pressure and extremely helpful.

Cute little shop on Union Street in San Francisco. They were really nice and in the beginning when neither my BMs nor I really had any idea where to start they gave us some suggestions as to what would work with our heights, skin tones and style of the wedding. The process was perfect.
I love my Vera Wang dress and I got to wear it twice. Check out the pics in my bio.

I love my dress and I got to wear it twice. I did alterations with the Saks lady (dont remember her name). They did a phenomenal job -- although, it was a very steep flat fee, for something that didn't seem that complicated. I could've been more proactive and try to hire another alterations person, but I just decided to go with the Saks person. Service was good and the atmosphere is good. They make you comfortable when trying on different dresses. I worked with Katherine.
Shawn was great to work with. I love their designs, and they have a fast turnaround. The only thing that was kind of annoying is that it had www.snappymap.com printed on the map. I asked Shawn to take it down but he said it was policy.

Laura is so great. She is based in LA, but I had no trouble workin with her. Her prices were better than a lot of the bay area calligraphers, she's incredibly prompt and her turnaround is amazing. Most important, her work is beautiful.

Rori is so much fun, creative and extremely helpful. She calmly explained the difference between papers and gave us a lot of advice in terms of design and ink color. I’ve seen some of her samples and they are absolutely gorgeous. My inviations came out absolutely gorgeous. The quality is absolutely top notch, and she was really great to work with. So nice and so incredibly prompt.
