Mr. Formal gave us some great deals! The grooms tux only came out to $80 and the groomsmen $110 a piece. That's a deal. We rented out brown suits and they're not poopy brown suits, they're a rich chocolate brown. That brown is so hard to come by!

Tres Fabu knows their dresses! They offer a wide selection of top designer dresses. I didn't even want to go anywhere else because my perfect dress was there. Plus, they gave me 10% off because the dress I wanted was a bit out of my price range. And they also discounted on the veil for that reason too.

Amarie Design does handcrafted cards and invitations. Either you choose your design on your own or get some inspiration from Stacey, the designer. She works alongside you to get you the perfect invitations and puts all her love into making them, since making cards is her passion. Max Mikhaylenko took our engagement pictures. We had a lot of fun running around downtown Vancouver. He looked at the area beforehand and knew what kind of places he should take us to.

Daniel Usenko is an amazing photographer. He hasn't taken our wedding photos yet, of course, but he has taken photos of many of my friends' weddings. They have all turned out amazing! He's Seattle based and is willing to travel. He captures moments of your wedding instead of setting them up, so the pictures turn out more sweet.

Valentina is a Russian woman who only came to America about four years ago, but her wedding rental stuff is amazing. She has so much to choose from. We got floor length, ivory, polyester tablecloths for $5! Where do you find prices like that?! She's also willing to buy rental items and rent them out to you cheaper than other companies.

My fiancee and I chose Ja Civa's because when my future sister-in-law got married, she had them make her cake and rumors said that it was delicious. When we got there, we got right down to business. No waiting! They were willing to work with our budget and get us the best possible cake for that price. When my fiancee and I tried to simplify the wedding cake design, our order-taker, Tammy, insisted that we keep the whole design with the lower price because she wanted us to have OUR cake. It was so wonderful!

And the cake flavors are awesome!

Svetlana mostly makes Russian food, which is perfect for my wedding because there's going to be mostly Russian people there. She's very affordable and makes a whole ton of food. Your guests will not go hungry for sure!

I've seen a lot of Anna's work and she's amazing. She does weddings ranging from earthy/organic to classic/glamorous. For my wedding, she's doing lots of ivory and greens with feathers, orchids, crystals, mirrors, etc. So beautiful! She's willing to try anything and is even willing to buy some stuff for herself to rent out to you cheaper (than other companies) if necessary. She's a God-send!
