I had the worst experience with this store. I made an appointment for my 4 bridesmaids to go try on dresses 2 weeks in advance. When we showed up, no one helped us. No one greeted us when we walked in. No one gave us any directions after we said we were there for an appointment. When I asked someone who my sales person was, I never got an answer. We were in the store for about an hour looking around and no one acknowledged we were there. I felt like the workers there thought we were just window shopping. After all of my BMs tried on the dresses, no one even asked how it worked out, if we were interested in see swatches, ordering a dress, etc. No attempt was made to talk to us. WE WERE COMPLETELY IGNORED!!!

We found a dress we all agreed on, but will take our business elsewhere.
