Great to work with. Prices were fair, and we could see everything we wanted in their warehouse ahead of time. They set up the tent a day early, and took it down without needing any help from us. Always got back to us to answer questions.
I would definitely recommend them.
I am not satisfied with this vendor at all. If I could give her zero stars, I would. She had the dishes I wanted, but I was misled as to how far I would have to travel to pick them up. Also, has not been the easiest to work with. It has been over a month since the wedding, and she still has to refund me, even though I have contacted her numerous times. She issued part of the refund, but it was less than half of what she owes me. After contacting her AGAIN, she refunded me an addition $16. Yah. $16. Still less than half of what she owes me. AND she had me pay to ship her back a plate, which she had no intention of refunding me for. All in all, I would not recommend this vendor to anyone.
UPDATE: I received as much of the refund as I am ever going to get (it was not the full amount) but that was only after speaking to another vendor (who recommended NJS to me in the first place) to recommend not sending other brides there.
Very personable and easy to work with. Photo-journalistic style, so nothing was too posey, and he caught a bunch of really good candid shots. Made for a very relaxed wedding day. It was also nice to see pictures of things I had missed at the reception.
The pics were great, and he spends a lot of time editing them. He also gives you a dvd copy of the proofs, so you can do whatever you want with them after the wedding.
If you work with him, make sure to write a list of the pictures you want (family shots, details, etc) I did not and there is not a single picture of me with my parents and husband together.
The only I have with them is it took a YEAR to finally get my album and edited pics.
They were really good at entertaining the crowd and getting people dancing, but at times they could be difficult to work with. They charged extra for coming to my venue (it was on an island) and extra again for setting up early (I didn't want them doing a sound check at 7:30 while the guests were eating dinner). At the end of the night they thought we had shortchanged them $20 (which we hadn't, we had paid in full.) We paid the extra money since it wasn't worth a fight, but it came down to $5 a person for each band member. Left a bad taste in our mouths.

Most of the ladies were really easy to work with. Carly was especially helpful in the decision making process. She didn't hover and allowed my to take my time, but was there if I had a question or wanted to try on something different. My dress came in a month early and I LOVED it.
My only complaint was that the store had a policy that you couldn't take pictures until you had paid the deposit on your dress (so you couldn't take pics of the maybes). Also, alterations through the bridal salon were going to be ridiculously pricey, so I found a different seamstress closer to home.
