These folks are quick! I ordered spools of tulle on a Monday and they were in my mailbox by Thursday. Very quick!

Cost effective if you can get things on sale. It was the only place that that this specific color of aqua ribbon. So naturally, I bought their entire stock. Good place for odds and ends.

This is for the Roseville store: I expected good things from Shane Co. and that's what we got. I think we probably paid a bit too much for Matt's ring, but it's what he wanted and it made him happy. And of course, I love my E-Ring.

I used Blurb.com to make a Honeymoon "scrapbook" before I ordered our wedding albums. I was happy with the results. As mentioned in another review, the software to create the album is a bit clunky and crashes often. But if you can work through that, you'll be fine. Print quality was good, especially since some of our images were really dark.

Fernando and Cheryl arrived on time and jumped right in with enthusiasm. We were pleased with our engagement photos, so we are looking forward to the final pictures. Lots of people commented on how patient and fun they were during the day. And he let other people take photos at the same time he did.

My bridesmaids all got custom jewelry for gifts. The turn time and responses were quick and Jenn is extremely talented. 3 weeks prior to the wedding, I find out that one of my BMs is allergic to all things metal, making her gift useless. I emailed Jenn with my issue. She ended up fixing one of the necklaces with a silk thread for free. I just had to mail it back to her to fix. And all was received back with a week to spare. Highly recommend Jenn.

These guys are A-List for a reason. The cake was wonderful and tasted great. The Neapolitan cake is the perfect blend of all of our favorite flavors. So that was an easy choice. The design itself was a challenge. On our final consultation, I basically gave Patrick 3 images, a bag of craft shells, and our cake topper. What he came up with was a complete surprise and well worth the wait. And they give you a new top tier on your 1st anniversary, so no icky frozen frosting to deal with.

Karen had the better pricing on the 2 dresses we were interested in, so we went with her. All four dresses arrived in a timely manner. 2 of the dresses were the wrong length. After some back and forth, we figured out the problem and the dresses were sent back to be rush ordered again. At no extra charge. Nice. And she chipped in for shipping. 2nd round of dresses came in at the end of August with plenty of time to spare. So kudos to Karen.

I had my doubts mid-planning after the long time wedding coordinator got up and quit the location. But I really had nothing to worry about. The reception was beautiful. Food was good. Jennifer, the coordinator assigned to my file, was attentive and responded to emails quickly. The banquet staff had things down to a science.

Courtney was fabulous. I was so happy she showed up. Not that she wouldn't. She was on time, made everyone look pretty, and made me look good in eyeliner... a hard task to accomplish. And she's really reasonably priced.
