If I could give 0 stars I would. Our honeymoon was a complete disaster and Liberty Travel in Middletown NY was absolutely zero help. The hotel was not at all how Liberty advertised to us, we were not given amenities we were told were available to us. We paid for an all inclusive and wound up having to eat out at other hotels and restaurants in the area because our own hotel could not accommodate us. We were so disappointed we called from the honeymoon to arrange to switch hotels and we did not receive any communication back from them till a number of days later when it didn't make sense to leave. When we came home and expressed our dissatisfaction we were ignored and not taken seriously. They finally came back with a voucher to use on airline tickets on another trip planned through them during the dates they specified. Hardly compensation for a $7,000 honeymoon that was completely ruined thanks to their misleading promotion and lack of attention to the matter in a timely matter. Will not be planning anymore trips through them, thats for sure.

What amazing entertainment. Knew how to keep the party going, knew exactly what to play when and full of energy to get people motivated to get out on the dance floor and have a good time! Highly recommended, the very best entertainment we have found.

I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else. Their staff did an amazing job making sure everything ran as smooth as possible! I did not have to worry about a single thing. The food was amazing, the service was friendly and helpful and the whole night went off better than i could have dreamed. It is over a year later and we STILL have friends and family coming to us telling us how it was the best and most amazing wedding they have ever been to!

They did an amazing job with all the flowers for our wedding. So sweet and friendly to work with. They seemed to be in my head and knew everything i wanted before i did! I highly recommend them to all our friends and family!

Jenni and Ulysses did an AMAZING job! It has been a year since our wedding and i look at our pictures everyday with amazement. They caught every ounce of emotion from our day and my husband and I are so thankful for that. When i look at the album it is like i am there all over again and it puts a huge smile on my face. I strongly recommend them to everyone I know, they are such warm kind friendly people and so easy to work with! I can't wait for the babies to come so we can do our maternity and baby pictures with them!

Your wedding is one of the most important times of your life, and it FLIES by so fast! The only thing your left with are memories and pictures, so make sure you choose right! Ulysses definitely gets our choice as the very best we know!
