For our cake, we have decided to have a tiered cupcake stand complete with multi-colored cupcakes instead of a formal cake. This is an inexpensive and delightful way to add color and spunk to any wedding.

My groom and I decided to have place markers that were mini photo frames (2 inch by 3 inch) with old antique photos of our family and friends. Also included among the photos were old wedding photos of our family and our guests will enjoy guessing who is among the photos at each table. The photo frames can be customized to reflect that of your decor or theme for your wedding. Just a fun idea!

This is an excellent place to rent tuxes and wedding attire. The staff are friendly and the prices are great.

This is a small, rural setting in which to be wed. It is inexpensive and very rustic. The atmosphere is intimate, seating up to 100 people for a wedding. The only slight disadvantage is that it has neither bathroom facilities, nor electricity for a sound system. It is a beautiful place to get married and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a traditional Nova Scotian wedding.
