We haven't made it to our wedding day, yet... However, we did have our engagement photos included within our wedding package... and they turned out WONDERFULLY!

We told Keith we wanted a location that reminded us of Chicago, and he took us to an amazing location in Tempe right off Mill, by the TowneLake bridges... which look straight from our hometown!

The turnaround time on proofs were wonderful, and he has the best print prices I've found. Very pleased.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!

On more than one occasion, I had blocked an appointment to which the employee did not show up to work that day. I showed up, bridesmaids in tow, and they let us stand there for over an hour after checking in. One employee finally said, "Well, you're appointment was canceled, they should have told you"... nope, no phone call. And then they tried to tell me I should come back on another day when there weren't even any appointments going on at the time!

They act like it's an inconvenience to have you there.. and these people work off a commission. Do they want your money? They sure don't act like it! Not to mention that I wanted to order my dress and they told me they were an off-the-rack company if the size was available...

The one in Paradise Valley on Tatum (across from PV Mall) is the absolute WORST! The Bell/75th Avenue store isn't much better...

I wouldn't give this company even one star if this website didn't force me to.
