Please do yourself a favor and don't bother trying to do business with this woman.If she flakes out on MUA trials she most likely will flake on your wedding day too!In late Dec.2009 I was excited to go to my first MUA trial over an hour away from my house in Bremerton.First off she said she would not book me unless I had 3 other women to book with me which i busted my butt and made that happen.I thought it would be a wonderful bonding experience for my FMIL and I if she came along with me since she had agree to book with Maryanna also.On the day of my scheduled trial at 11 am I called Maryanna about every 2 hours on both of her lines to confirm but she was not answering nor returning my calls.At 2 pm I asked my FI and FMIL if we should take the chance of still going and we decided to still go.We loaded up my 7month old and 4 year old and got on the road.I still kept trying to call her from my cell.Still no answer.With the GPS system we got lost so I tried calling her to let her know I was running late and to help us find her location.Still no answer.We found her location which was her home at 3:30 pm.My FI knocked on the door.Our plan was for my FI to drop myself and my FMIL off and to take our kids to the park or something.After knocking for awhile her husband answered the door stating that they had just got home from XMAS shopping.I was like WTF in my mind.I told my FI I guess she is a done deal but then she comes out to our van and apologizes saying she totally blanked and things have been hectic and horrible since her step brother got killed by a drunk driver at 3am on Sat. and his mom is taking it really bad and drinking so much that she is in the hospital needing a blood transfusion.She was like OMG I totally forgot about you and you drove over an hour to get here.The MUA trial was intitially going to cost me 75 dollars but weeks later she tells me btw you have to pay 25 dollars for my lipstick.She kept apologizing and wanted to reschedule sometime in Jan.She said she would only charge me 50 dollars and would even come to me this time.I totally got sucked into her story but after thinking about it and telling this story to other people.If something that tragic had happened me I would careless about XMAS shopping and eventhough I had a business to run I would have enough respect to call my clients to reschedule.Things happen you know. I would be a basket case but I would not just leave people hanging.I found this woman on PW and I am so disappointed.She never took the time to cancel and never answered her phone.Her makeup was perfect.I complimented it and she said thanks I just did it this morning.Wow!Till this day she has failed to contact me by phone or email to reschedule.I give her no stars if I could.I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.My advice to Brides to be is don't waste your time on this person!Enough said.
