We had an awesome experience with Marcus, our photos are a testament to that! Our package included 12 hours of service with two photographers as well as all-day videography. Marcus gave very straight-forward direction and was never rude or unprofessional in any way. I feel he and his studio worked to go above and beyond for us in more ways than one and I would recommend Studio Impressions to absolutely anyone.

My experience with Bella Rouge was an interesting one. I initially made the booking over the phone for 8 women; 5 bm, me and the 2 mommas. I had the pamphlet with their prices in it and it stated $75 for formal makeup (which I assumed to be bm,)$100 for Bride makeup, and $50 for trial makeup. We went in 3 hours after the phone call to pay the deposit where we found out that it would be $100 per person since they'd have to open early for our morning wedding which is fair enough. I paid the $400 deposit. My trial went smoothly, there was a few things I didn't like which I touched base on with the owner two days before the wedding when we paid our final deposit and when I got my airbrush tan which turned out GORGEOUS!!!

Unfortunately, the morning of the wedding was a bit frustrating for me. I had great expectations for Bella Rouge, but my bridesmaids felt like the artists were completely ignoring their requests (a request for a natural look resulted in thick black eyeliner and mascara) and one bridesmaid being distraught over blue eye-shadow up to her brow-line. We were very surprised to find out that they had booked another wedding at 9am which meant that we lost all but one make-up artist (and all of their products) at about 8:30am. The bridesmaids didn't realize they were not coming back and were not going to be able to have their makeup tweaked. All of us ended up doing some kind of personal correction to our make-up out of our own make-up bag. The artist wasn't able to complete my "look" to my satisfaction because the other makeup artists had left with most of the products. This was very disappointing for me after how much money this all cost, but luckily I'm not at a complete loss when it comes to makeup and was able to change things up a bit to something I was happy with.


I would recommend using Bella Rouge if you are a good communicator and aren't afraid to give strong direction. They do beautiful work with top-quality products, it's just making sure your vision doesn't get lost in translation that could be an issue.
