I had read several negative reviews about Rmine's customer service. I found it suprising when i visited the store that my experience was nothing like what i had read on the internet. The store was quiet unique, and the girls working there were extremly helpful. I showed Natalie a couple dresses which I had seen in magazines to get an idea of what I wanted, and she was quick in figuring out my personal style. not only was she very helpful, she helped me find the dress of my dreams! She was kind enough to call in the in-house designer to make some changes on my dress. Not only was I able to find my dream dress, but she helped me eliminate the styles which were not for me. Meeting the designer made me feel much more comfortable with making Rmine Bridal part of my special day!
