We had our rehearsal dinner at El Cholo. We were seated in the outdoor patio, and not only received amazing service, but also had the pleasure of listening to an all female mariachi/trio. Beautiful music (singer interacted with our party), delicious food, nice ambiance.
I found Judy on her fiance's website (Gavin Photography) while searching for a photographer who gives you digital negatives (but doesn't charge $500 for allowing you to have them...hard to find!). I am so glad I found Judy. She has been assisting Gavin, and is just getting started going solo. In my opinion, she already has the eye and talent of a long-term professional photographer. She is on top of things, charming, and has a great enthusiasm for finding beautiful/creative photo opps. I felt really comfortable with her, she was there with me the whole day, and I am extremely happy with the quality and beauty of her pictures. She truly captured many candid moments, and made sure we had formals with our families. Definitely a great deal for great quality.

Sarah photographed a portion of my wedding, and her quality is outstanding. She knows her angles and depth. Not only is she a talented artist, but she also has the brightest personality. Very easy to work with, and full of creative ideas.

Cindy was awesome to work with. I must have changed small details on my cake 4 times, but each time she was accommodating. She gives out a sample box with many types of cakes and fillings...all delicious and moist. My 4-tiered wedding cake was very well priced for a gorgeous creation (people thought it was fake!). And she only uses buttercream frosting, and still achieves a perfectionist look of fondant. I am huge on desserts, and I wanted to make sure that the cake would be phenomenal...it was. The cake itself was moist, the filling was chocolate cream with chocolate chips (had never had that before, and wow) and the buttercream frosting was amazing.

Awesome selection, nice people (Virginia was absolutely patient). I had heard great things about Mon Amie, so it was my first and only destination. I made sure to go on a trunk sale date (10% off) for a certain designer.
My only complaint: The sizing that they give you is off for some designers. I trusted them to sell me the closest size to my body. I am a size 4 in street clothing, and usually a 2 in formal wear. According to my measurements, I was supposedly a 4 in an Amy Michaelson gown, and I took their word for it since they are the experts. When it arrived...it was huge on me all around (bust, waist, hips)! I had not lost any weight, and it was disappointing to know how many extra alterations I would need. When I pointed this out and requested to send it back in exchange for a size 2, they would not do it. For a moment, I wondered if they do that on purpose to guarantee more alterations for the salon. Hopefully, it was just bad luck.

I did much research, and this was the best price for a nice-looking photo booth. You can print in b/w or color and each print has a personal message from you (we chose our names and the wedding date, since we made the photo booth our wedding favor). The guests LOVED the photo booth and props! It really helps get a fun vibe going. Now we have a nice black scrapbook/guestbook with hilarious guest pictures and messages (scrapbook, pens provided by Patrick, if you upgrade).
Positive guest review: He worked really well with children.
Negative guest review: He was a little rude at one point when one of my friends asked him a question about when the print would be ready.
Overall, a great investment in your wedding, and I found Patrick to be an awesome person to work with.

Event Professionals is made up of the hardest working group of people. Words aren't enough for my appreciation, but I will try. =) I used them for the majority of my wedding needs (coordinator, silverware, dishes, linens, tables, dance floor, dinner, cake, etc)
*Communication: They are very quick with getting back to you, resolving problems, and speaking with any vendors.
*Service: Top-notch. Norine was my main coordinator for the day of, and she worked her butt off to make sure everything ran smoothly (which it did). She constantly made sure we were fed, happy, and aware of any changes. The months leading up the wedding were filled with encouraging emails, updates, and fulfilled requests.
*Staff: On the day of, I got many compliments from guests on how awesome the bartenders were, how the servers were courteous, and how well everything was organized. The whole staff works hard to make your day amazing.
*Food: The food was delicious (got many compliments), the beverage bar was so beautiful, the chocolate fountain amazing.
I can go on, and on about the quality of Event Professionals. Their prices are affordable, and the service is superb!
Eric is phenomenal! He is easygoing, always available to talk, and wants to make sure your day goes smoothly. I am slightly OCD about music, so I made him a long list of must-haves, and he hit almost all of them. My husband wanted country music for his family, but when no one got out there to dance, he switched over to other genres and never played country again. He feels out the crowd's taste and wants to make sure that the dance floor is jumping. He came early, was respectful to everyone, and mixed music really well. Props to Eric!
Mahtab is a very nice person to work with. She does a great job for less than bridal salons. My only complaint is that when I asked her about getting my dressed pressed (many wrinkles were noticeable), first she claimed she didn't see any wrinkles, and when I pointed them out, she recommended that I take it to a dry cleaner. I just saw on the website that pressing is a service she actually does provide.
Also, when I noticed a mistake in the bustle, she tried to cover it up with layers of the skirt, but I still found it. I pointed it out again; only then did she actually put in the 2 minutes to fix it.
However, I will say this: she did a fantastic job overall with the alterations, and she is very sweet to work with.

Susie is awesome! Affordable, timely, and great at what she does. After our initial meeting, she listened to all of my change requests, and implemented them on the day of the wedding. I asked for a natural look, and she did just that. She also made my mom very happy with her hairdo (a rarity, since she hates her curly hair!). My hair and makeup looked great for many hours. =)
