Julie is a stylist at Lluminaire Salon in Towson and came to our hotel to do my hair as well as my 4 BM's hair. She was able to recreate exactly what everyone wanted and no one ended up with a hairstyle I didn't love on them. My day of hair came out even better than my trial! She was very organized with her timeline and made sure we were all done on time. Her Saturdays book up pretty far in advance but if you can get her its definitely worth it! Her prices are very affordable as well considering she will come to your hotel or they have a downstairs room at the salon for bridal parties getting ready.
Matt Fuller from Tender Images was another one of my favorite vendors. He did our engagement pictures and drove out to Ocean City to take them at 6:45 AM to catch the sunrise. On the day of the wedding he showed up with his 2nd photographer Kenny around 9 am to get pictures of the girls getting ready, then went with us to the venue. I was so glad his package included 2 photographers to get multiple angles of the ceremony and other important events. Matt does more of the posed pictures and Kenny does a lot of candid photos. Matt has a great sense of humor and really kept the day light, which we loved about him! He did not spend too much time on posed portraits (but got the important ones) and it gave us more time to get to the party. In his packages it also includes all of the pictures on CD, a framed signature portrait for the reception, 2 photographers, and a proof book after the wedding of all of your proofs. I highly recommend Matt and Tender Images!!
Kokkinos saved my engagement ring! He bought the original band from another jeweler and a prong broke off after only one week of being engaged. They were able to recreate the same band and got us the matching wedding band for the same price! Mr. Kokkino is a Master Bench Jeweler and can custom make anything for you as well as they have a large selection of books they can order from if you don't see what you want in the store. They are located in Ocean City, MD around 130th street. My husband also had a ring he wanted to use as his wedding band (he found it surfing in the ocean) and they were able to refinish it and re-dip it in white gold and now it looks better than new and it only cost $50! They are fast and very friendly.

Mary works out of her home so she doesn't do a lot of cakes each weekend but if you can get in she is definitely worth it! Her prices are very affordable and she was able to replicate my dream cake (including swirls that were on my invitations to keep my theme going) to a T! We had 3 flavors - White cake w/ fresh strawberries & cream, Vanilla cake with cream cheese icing (our favorite!), and chocolate cake with raspberry filling. We tried all three and they were delicious! My guests raved about how moist the cake was. I highly recommend Mary! She is also able to do 3D grooms cakes but we had dessert served at our rehearsal dinner so we did not need one.

Scher's may not be the most convenient bridal shop however their prices could not be beat. I contacted multiple shops (including online) for price quotes and Scher's were always the same if not lower. Their prices also include free alterations for te bride as well as any bridesmaids/mothers that buy their dress there. A couple of my bridesmaids lived far away so Scher's FedEx'ed the dresses to them at no additional charge. Their customer service leaves a little to be desired but it really depends on who you have helping you. The owner was great to work with and helped us get my mom's dress rushed in since we waited until a little late to order it. They were also in constant contact with me to let me know when dresses were ordered/arrived/picked up/etc. If you live around the eastern shore of Maryland they are worth the trip and have a great selection of dresses. They did not have my dress in stock but got it in quicker than a few other shops said they could.
Millennium made our wedding!! I can't even begin to describe how incredible they were. My guests kept commenting about how they were not like a wedding band, but more like they were putting on a show. Once the music started they did not stop for 4 consecutive hours. At no point did they stop and put on a CD or even have guests not up and dancing. They geared the music directly to the crowd. During dinner they played light music with just an acoustic guitar, got people up and dancing with some motown, and towards the end of the night transitioned into more recent songs. The three singers were not up on a stage but constantly dancing throughout the crowd and getting more people up and dancing. They were phenomenal and if a band is in your budget they were worth every penny!!
My husband and I are so fortunate to have found Rabbi Stan. We were having an interfaith wedding and he was there for us every step of the way to combine the customs we wanted (and had no problems scrapping the ones we didn't want). Through the entire process he kept stressing how much he wanted our wedding to be about what we wanted, not what he wanted. He was very responsive to e-mail and phone calls. During the service he kept it very personal about my husband and I (even though he has only known us a brief time) and even added a bit of light humor to the ceremony to make us more relaxed and keep our family and friends engaged. I highly recommend Rabbi Stan to anyone looking for a Jewish officiant!

I really didn't have much vision on my flowers before meeting with Judy. She took the few ideas and ran with them and my bouquet was even more incredible than I could have imagined. Her cost was very reasonable (my flowers consisted of a lot of orchids, roses, and hydrangeas) and she was willing to work with me on making changes up until the very last minute. Our final cost was less than the initial contract and she had no problem with that. She gave us multiple options on the contract to work with and had no problem with us supplying our own glassware for centerpieces. We also had a chuppah we rented from Judy and she added extra tulle to make it look exactly like a picture I had found that I loved. She was very responsive and a doll to work with. At the end of the night my flowers looked just like they had when they were delivered. Highly Recommend!
We used Atlantic Studios for our photobooth at the wedding and it was such a hit! It doubled as our party favors for our guests and everyone had a ball with it! Even some of my relatives in their 80's had a ball. They were set up before the ceremony started and stayed for 4 full hours into the reception. My only regret is I couldn't be in more pictures with friends and family than I was! At the end you get an awesome guest book with duplicate copies of the pictures your guests can sign next to and all of the photos taken on a CD. Highly recommended!
I hired Heidi for Day of Coordination services on my June 7th wedding. Leading up to the wedding she met with me in person twice and then on the day of I literally did not have to think of a thing. She and her team (2 others) were in complete control of the show, never being in the way but always letting me know what was happening when. During the planning she even helped me work out some kinks with a vendor. Even my now husband, who was hesitant about spending the money to have someone for DOC services after I planned everything, said how fantastic it was having her there to make sure everything went as smoothly as it did. I know I would not have been as relaxed as I was on my wedding day if it hadn't been for Heidi. I highly recommend her!!
