I tasted Jen's Cakes at Una Bella Sera in San Francisco and was impressed by the velvety, moist texture, whipped cream frosting and flavor. A friend recommends them for wedding cakes since their pricing is reasonable for the quality.

Fleur de sel - the chewy caramel with sea salt folded in and dipped in dark - it's great for those times of the month
Bergamot Tea - spot on with the Earl Gray Tea infusion
Tarragon Grapefruit - for the foodie in me
Cassis Strata - the pates de fruit cassis dipped in dark chocolate
Smore's Bites (sorry folks, only available May thru October! I'm dying -- the Smore's Kits just don't do it like fully chocolate dipped smore's!)
Kona Coffee - this chunk of choco is so dense I had it for breakfast one morning
Burnt Caramel Almonds - chocolatey, salty, crunchy, addictive
Key Lime Apples - surprisingly yummy and crisp
Passion Fruit Pates de Fruit - almost better than eating the real thing
Sesame Nougat - chocolate with sesame "nougat" (more like brittle) - it's like eating the candy of my childhood with a sophisticated bite

Cynthia is an excellent chef and produces great tasting and beautiful seasonal meals/appetizers to fit any occasion or budget. She has a great flair for Asian fusion and Mediterranean inspired cuisine. Some of my favorites include a Moroccan love cake with rose petal jam and Turkish coffee, 5-spice short rib, and pan seared lemon-garlic scallops. Her pricing is competitive and she's very flexible to work in many different conditions (i.e., no kitchen, outdoors, etc). Getting a hold of her is sometimes a bit tricky, but she delivers above and beyond nonetheless!
Fred is an accomplished musician, and he is very attentive and flexible to the needs and requests of his clients...I’ve enjoyed working him and never hesitate to recommend him for private dinner parties or lessons.
