This is the bridal store from hell! I will tell every bride out there - do not shop here.
They do not care about customer service. They bullshit you and lie to you.
They lost my initial bridesmaid order, and didn 't care.
My wedding dress came in crooked and they have the nerve to charge me to straighten it out in alterations.
Once they have you money - your screwed and they don't care what happens.
