We got married in May at the Newark Club and we could have not asked for a better reception site. I have never heard ANYONE complain about this place, and I have spoken to about 20 people who have either had their weddings there or have been to wedddings there. My husband and I paid for most of our wedding ourselves and it was one of the most reasonably priced places in the NJ area. The food was amazing, the service was great, and many of the 200 + people we invited have said that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. They transform the lobby creatively into a superb cocktail hour, with lots of great food (not sure what the other review was about- there was enough food to feed more than 200 people!!). We wanted a catering facility that was not the typical catering hall and this was the place that has it all. We got some great pictures outside as well! I would recommend this place to ANYONE- it was classy, professional, and better than we ever expected.

P.S. They made a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting that was to die for!!! :)
