I went to Walmart and purchased $200 worth of high end, adult candy and offered my guest a candy buffet instead of junky ol' wedding favors. The candy was a varity of Lint and Ghirardelli chocolates, along with Almond Rochas, Ferro Roches, Jelly Belly jelly beans, and mints. I admit I tossed in a few of my favorites like Almond M & M's, Strawberry Twizzlers, and Werther's caramels just mix it up from all the chocolates. All 100 guests were provided with a little baggie and twist tie so they could take something sweet home with them at the end of the night. I know the candy buffet was a hit because there wasn't any candy left by the time I left the wedding.

For $300 I was able to get a beautiful cascading bridal bouquet of roses, tulips, and other flowers, 4 mixed coursages, 4 rose boutinneres, a toss bouquet that had the same flowers as my bouquet, and flowers attached my veil. They also made me a fresh bouquet after our first consultation and none of the other florist offered me free fresh flowers as I walked out the door. They really earned our business by being professional and pleasent!

Christy Hall with Red Avenue took the most beautiful pictures of our wedding! She also did an amazing job taking our engagement photos! She did a Great job and I recommend her to everyone!

We looked at renting a tux for my husband-to-be and the tux rentals went for $150 a day. So we went to Macy's a happened apon one of their many One Day Sales. We found a brand new name brand 3 piece black suit, white shirt, and new silver tie for $270. We paid a little extra to have it altered but he got a new suit for a great price that he can wear again.

My Mother and I wanted to host a Food and Wine Bridal shower for my cousin at Chateau Elan. Although, we had a wonderful time at the shower the events leading up to the shower almost ruined it for us! The staff had a hard time keeping up with our paperwork. When I called to confirm our guest count for the party our contact was rarely in the office to speak with us. That wasn't bad except they never called me back after I would leave a detailed message on their machine. They would respond back by email...Terrible customer service!

The wine tasting, cooking demo, and wine tour were Fun but I'm not sure if I want to deal with their staff again!

The reception site was perfect for my wedding of 100 people! It was completely inclosed so I didn't have to worry about the weather effecting my special day. I had to use their in-house caterer which I couldn't get out of but in the end I couldn't have choosen a better caterer if I tried! After I signed all my contracts with the Pavillion I learned that their caterer was voted best caterer for theknot.com. Talk about a nice surprise! Also, the Pavillion's staff were so professional and kind! They saw to it that my every wish was granted and the end result was perfect!

They made us a great deal on a big diamond! I Loved my engagement ring so much I went back to them for my husband's wedding band!

I found the most beautiful invitations at Paper Affair Stationary. I wanted a fresh new spin on wedding invitations and the ladies at Paper Affair introduced me to Pocket Invitations! There were a million different types, colors, and styles and they worked with me to narrow down the selection. In the end I splurged on huge 7 x 7 landscape pocket invitations with linen paper. They turned out beautiful!

Ice Sculpture Inc. worked with me to create the most beautiful ice sculpture for my wedding reception! I wanted a ice jar filled with candy to jazz up my candy favor buffet. The end result was beautiful and all my guest seem to enjoy it! The cost included delivery, a disposable light and drip pan. I Love the end result and the splurge was well worth it!

I wanted a cupcake wedding cake and Piece of Cake Inc. located in Buckhead makes the Best Cakes and Cupcakes! They offer seasonal flavors in addition to their basic flavors. Trust me when I say your guest are going to LOVE the Varity of different flavors! The cupcakes come in 2 different sizes and the larger sized cupcakes are Huge! The decoration is pretty yet standard. They do not design customized cakes or cupcakes but they taste fresh and homemade! Piece of Cake Inc. recently raised their prices to $2.45 per person for a large sized quality cupcake but it is still cheaper then any boutique bakery price in Atlanta!
