I love Allie!!! She is soooo amazing!!!
I love her personality and I loved that she understood the style that I wanted for my wedding. The arch, bouquets, centerpieces, etc looked absolutely amazing!

I actually made part of the centerpiece myself and Allie was very very helpful on giving me tips and where to find good prices for buying things. She gave me her honest opinions and was very open to my ideas.
I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Allie and her team because they are amazing and truly talented!!!!!

I highly do not recommend this place.

I got my dress last October and the shipment delayed for over the month.
Stacy did not call or email to tell me that my dress was going to be delayed.
I had to email and call her. Her and her staff would tell me they would call me back with the status update, however, I only got one phone call back from them. Stacy was not prompt in responding to my emails and it got me really frustrated.

Whether it was the manufacturer's fault or not, Stacy needed to keep me updated but she failed to do so. I constantly had to call and email.
When I received my dress I saw the most hideous buttons on the back of my dress. Whether I wanted satin buttons or crystal buttons, I did not expect the buttons to be grey and look that hideous. I told Stacy about the buttons and she said the buttons were what I ordered. She offered to switch the buttons with an extra cost!! I laid out my complaints and she finally then switched the buttons to normal satin buttons. I still was not satisfied because the buttons were sewed on crooked.

I love my dress but I would never go through Bridal Elegance to get the dress.
I realized I could have bought my dress elsewhere for a lot cheaper.

I highly do not recommend this place.

I got my hair & makeup done by Jackie and I couldn't have loved my hair & makeup more!!! She was very professional and she made sure to make me look my best on my wedding day! People kept telling me how lovely my hair & makeup looked and also it stayed on throughout the night.

Jackie also did hair for my BM's and it looked fabulous!
If my friends were to get married, I would highly recommend Jackie @ Susie Chhuor.
