Cake was AMAZINGLY Delish! I ordered my wedding cake from Dragon Bakery and was sooooooooooooooooooooooo pleased. The Guests Loved the light and fluffy cake. I am not a big frosting fan so this was perfect. We customized it to have layers (taro- yum) strawberries (delish) mangos (ahhhhhhhh). They actually wanted more, but there wasn't a slice left after everyone started to dig in. I had 200 guests and a 5 tier cake! I'm def. going back for bday cakes/office celebration and holiday cakes. The owners are really wonderful people.
We wanted more slices but our guests gobbled them all up.

We chose Simply Elegant for our upcoming wedding in July because their food was delicious and left us wanting more. And more was there to fill our stomachs. Quality with Quantity. My fiance and I are excited to share the cuisine Mike and Arturo prepared for us during the tasting sessions. Mike is amazing and is so patient with our gazillion questions and emails. He also has suggestions for layouts/ linens/ all the other wedding reception aspects that you'd have to go to 5 different people for. Choosing a knowledgeable caterer definitely helps put your mind to ease. Know that you will be taken care of with Simply Elegant. Thanks Mike
