According to my wife and my assistant, I hear I can be quite demanding. Having Jackie on our wedding team was like having one of my staff members dedicated exclusively to the wedding plans. Every e-mail was responded to quickly, and she even gave me some shopping advice for my bride. My wife and I both appreciated her help and excellent service. With her attention to detail and professionalism I would gladly hire her to work for my company if she were here in Canada. I had high expectations, and she certainly exceeded them.

After reviewing Michael’s website we were confident that he would do a good job on our wedding. The photos were even better than we expected. His service before and after the wedding was terrific.

We ordered the chocolate slipper favors. They came in nice packaging with raw sugar that resembled sand. Nice touch.

Japanese concierge and fluent staff members made the bride’s family feel welcome and helped them to enjoy their stay.

I ordered our rings at the local Tiffany store and had the bands shipped directly to the Maui location. Flawless.

My wife went to New York City to shop for a dress. The staff was warm and there was a sales clerk that also spoke fluent Japanese. That was all it took for her to buy immediately.

I wasn’t sure where to suggest when my wife wanted to find some shoes she could wear on the beach. Zappos fit the bill with a large selection of wedge type shoes.

I didn’t want to wear a tux on the beach, so a suit seemed more appropriate. Linen blend, tailored. Looked good in the photos.

The harp duo made for a much richer sound. Nice duo.

The harp was a very nice touch at the ceremony. She was happy to learn a new song for our wedding. Kristine was polite and played well with Willy, the violin players.
